Jadyn Fulton took a front desk job at a salon in high school and never got out. She trained at IBMC College in Fort Collins and is a New Talent stylist at Salon Kreed.
She likes perms. Genuinely likes them, which puts her in a small group, and she is just as happy with vivids and bold split color. On the cutting side it is long layers and bangs, every style of them, which she treats as close to a personal cause. Her half-inch marcel iron is the tool she would rescue from a fire.
Her consultations run fifteen to twenty minutes of questions. Where do you want to see the color. How do you want your face framed. What would you change. She watches how you answer as closely as what you answer.
When her cosmetology class graduated, a handful of her clients came to watch. That is the moment she is proudest of, and it tells you most of what you need to know.
Her advice is plain. Wash your hair when it needs it rather than on a schedule, and never skip heat protection.
